RHIWA
We supply products we develop in-house under our Rhiwa label. We have our own R&D department where we develop new products and further optimise existing products. We also work with our customers to develop special solutions based on the user’s requirements. We use our own 3D printer and our service centre to develop these products, all of which undergo extensive testing before they are put into production.

CERTIFIED LASHING POINTS
Securing cargo properly is essential for safe transport. In order for you to be able to secure your cargo properly, it is important for your vehicle body to be equipped with sufficient lashing points which comply with the standard DIN EN 12640. Our Rhiwa lashing points were developed in-house and have been tested in accordance with the standard DIN EN 12640 which means that good quality is guaranteed. The maximum tensioning force, our logo and the DIN EN number are indicated on the lashing points so that inspection bodies can easily check to make sure that the lashing points are being used properly.
RHIWA QUALITY
In addition to the products we develop in-house, we also sell carefully selected products made by third parties. These products first undergo intensive quality control before they are ready to go into our catalogue. This involves looking at the quality of the construction, like welding and bolt connections, but also at their corrosion resistance. This way, we can guarantee the highest possible quality. Only products that meet our high quality requirements are allowed to bear the Rhiwa Quality label. Our customers are therefore guaranteed that these products meet the same quality requirements as our own products.

Research and development
We continuously monitor the quality of both our own products and our selected products. We have a salt haze system, for example, which we use to test the corrosion resistance of our products, and our multifunctional tensile testing and compression testing machines are used to test the strength of our products. Tests are carried out both when developing products, selecting third-party products and carrying out incoming inspections on new deliveries so we can always guarantee good quality.
