Imbema supports and follows the additional measures that the Dutch government has taken in order to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The coordination team at Imbema is closely monitoring reports on the coronavirus and while keeping the various business units updated. We are confident that together, we can tackle this exceptional situation and continue to provide our customers with the best possible service.
Orders and deliveries to continue
Up to now, the spread of the coronavirus has not had any impact on deliveries made by Imbema to our customers. Orders are handled and dispatched as usual.
As soon as this situation changes, we will send you an update.
Providing the same support for customers but remotely
We have taken the following measures to enable us to continue to support our customers as effectively as possible.
- The vast majority of our employees are now working from home and can be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
- Our office locations have been closed to visitors until further notice.
- Our employees will be postponing visits to customers.
- Warehouses will remain open for authorised personnel from Imbema.
Close communication with suppliers
We will be staying in close communication with suppliers in areas (severely) affected by the coronavirus. Generally speaking, both their and our stock positions are satisfactory. If this situation should change at product level, we will let you know.
Safety protocol for Imbema employees
Our logistics staff, who are in direct contact with drivers from various European countries or work on the collection desk, have to follow a strict safety protocol. They remain on high alert and always maintain a safe distance.
