Imbema SMT continues as ISMT under new management

It is our pleasure to inform you that as of 1 January 2021, the current management team of Imbema SMT B.V., will continue the ownership and the organization under own title.

A positive conclusion

A change of direction within the Imbema Group initiated this step earlier this year. The Corona pandemic has not stopped us from taking this step to a positive conclusion.

The current management team led by Jeroen Dechering, together with sales manager Jamie de Boer and operational manager Albert Jansen, will take over 100% of the shares of Imbema SMT B.V. including the German subsidiary Kunstoffchemie GmbH.

Specialist in synthetic materials

Imbema SMT has grown, under the banner of the Imbema Group and owned by the Bloemers family, into a specialist in solutions and applications in synthetic materials. The Bloemers family is pleased that the organization remains in well-known and good hands, guaranteeing continuity for partners and employees.

The name of the company will change to ISMT B.V. In the future, ISMT B.V. will remain your partner in connecting customer demand, product offerings and product development. The change of name also implicates a new website: www.ismt-bv.com and new email addresses: @ismt-bv.com.

50 years of history

The focus remains on the markets building and industry with application fields as acoustic insulation, poolcovers, packaging and OEM.

The Imbema Group will continue to focus on Industry, Transport & Logistics and Energy solutions for water and gas infrastructures.

The new owners will be happy to contact you to share their plans for the future. Almost 50 years of history will be remembered within Imbema and continue literally down the street through ISMT B.V..
