Quickly REALISE A CONSTRUCTION WITH THE SSPL CARGOTRAIL GROUND FLOOR
Our partner Suer has developed a lightweight steel ground frame for open and closed bodywork; the SSPL Cargotrail ground frame. With this standard construction kit, bodybuilders can build a body in a short space of time. You get all the parts made to measure and delivered just in time. This means that you do not build up additional stocks, no material is wasted and you have a clear idea of the assembly time in advance. The biggest advantages are a shorter turnaround time in the workshop, lower costs and faster delivery to your customer.
LIGHTWEIGHT STEEL GROUND FRAME
The SSPL Cargotrail ground frame is an innovative boltable substructure system suitable for vehicles from 3.5 – 12 tonnes. The uniqueness of this ground frame is its light weight. The SSPL is even 38% lighter than the SSP3 floor frame developed by Suer and only 1% heavier than the aluminium ASP1 floor frame.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Another major advantage of the SSPL Cargotrailer ground frame is that it is completely boltable. This means that no welding is required and you can mount the ground frame completely with hand tools. As a result, you need less experienced and less technically trained staff.
DURABLE DUE TO UNIQUE COATING
All steel parts of the base frame are galvanised or hot-dip galvanised and provided with a zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating. This special corrosion protection is 10 times more durable than conventional galvanisation, giving the ground frame a long service life.
QUICKLY A COMPLETE BUILD-UP
The SSPL Cargotrailer ground frame is easy to combine with a Suer open body or tarpaulin body package. You get all parts made to measure and delivered just in time, so you can work faster and no material is wasted. As a result, you can make an entire assembly in a short time and at a lower cost.
DIN AND 12642 CODE XL CERTIFIED
The SSPL Cargotrailer ground frame in combination with a Suer body is available with a DIN EN 12642 Code XL certificate for a load capacity of up to 8,000 kg. This means that the body is strong enough to carry the load securely, without the need for additional fasteners.
