For loading and unloading vehicles, we offer a complete range of aluminium ramps, ramp wedges and tailgates from FGS. The ramps are slip-resistant and have a reinforced tread to absorb initial point loads.

FGS ramp systems 

FGS develops and manufactures professional custom-made ramp systems for various industries. These ramp systems are highly efficient and suitable for any transport need. For example, the VSS aluminium ramps are made for transporting vehicles with steel tracks and the VSF ramps for vehicles with pneumatic tyres. The VSG ramps, on the other hand, are used for solid rubber tyres, small plastic wheels, pneumatic tyres and rubber tracks.

Besides ramps, FGS also supplies tailgates. Especially for wheelchair transport and loading and unloading small machines in vans, there is the RFM tailgates. For box trucks, there is the HRA tailgates or Gripstar tailgates. These aluminium ramps are designed for roll container transport or special car transport.

How to choose the right ramp?

When choosing the right ramp, you need to consider a number of factors. If you use a ramp in the wrong way, it can cause dangerous situations. Think of the ramp breaking, the vehicle to be loaded slipping, the ramp coming loose, the vehicle to be loaded getting stuck, etc. You want to avoid this, of course!
