The Ergobar is an ergonomic solution for quickly and easily securing cargo in the loading bay.  This cargo bar is characterised by a (patented) system with two springs: a light spring and a heavy spring. The idea behind this is that the Ergobar can be used in two different main positions:

Parking position: By using the light spring, you clamp the Ergobar between floor and ceiling with a constant force of about 30kg. For example, if you drive without a load, the unused load bars can be placed side by side without any damage to the ceiling.

Clamping position: By first adjusting the load bar in length and then pulling the lever, the clamping position is activated. This secures the load with a permanent clamping force of 81kg or 152kg (depending on the Ergobar model).

• Open the lever
  
• Extend the bar until the top foot makes contact with the ceiling (you hear and feel a click)
• Place the bar against the goods you want to secure
• Push the lever down
