Engineering

From our R&D department, we develop new solutions and optimise existing products. We listen carefully to the user's wishes. To develop these products, we use our own 3D printer.

Assemblies

To meet the demand for assembled products, we have our own assembly department. Here, we assemble products such as rear doors, sliding roofs, side panels and rear frames according to customer requirements. We also offer tailor-made solutions for a complete superstructure.

Customised advice

We like to think along with you about smart van solutions, so that you can advise your customers even better. Because if you help your customer think things through beforehand, you will always have a customised means of transport that allows the end user to do his work in the best possible way.

Certification

We can have your superstructure tested together with a certifying body such as TUV or ESTL. Our specialists are familiar with the latest safety requirements your superstructure must meet to pass the test with flying colours. After the inspection, you will receive a certificate with an accompanying test report.

Lean manufacturing

As a bodywork or trailer builder, you want your assembly to run as efficiently as possible, without having to hold large stocks yourself. We respond to this with our assembly department by supplying customised and just-in-time parts.

Quality

We continuously monitor the quality of our products. For instance, we have a salt spray installation with which we test our products for corrosion resistance. We use a tensile testing machine to test the strength of our products. So we can always guarantee good quality.
